A general height of temple is 55 м. An orthodox church is disposed above a precipice. A marine subject is in internal and external decoration of temple. A cross, which overpeers above a delicate ball — character of earth, lighthouse crowns a church in the middle of it. A total worth of project is almost $1,5 millions Creating the sacred object of Crimea, hope on the Divine favour on this business. Solemn illumination and opening of Church-Lighthouse of Memory of travelers and lost on water took place on May, 15, 2007. Financing of building of this church was carried out by Bank of NRB, main architect Gaydamaka А.V.

A church-lighthouse became a sainted place for pilgrims and believers, orthodox people and one of main sights of Alushta, both for local habitants and for the guests of resort.
